Physiotherapist
Jake is a caring physiotherapist dedicated to providing optimal individualized care to every patient he works with. He has a special interest in musculoskeletal conditions, balance training, vestibular rehabilitation and concussion management/rehabilitation. He is a jack of all trades, and he’s even a master of one. Jake received his Master of Science in Physiotherapy from Glasgow Caledonian University in Scotland. He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Memorial University.
Jake is passionate about providing high quality care while empowering others to become active participants in the rehabilitation process. His personal interest in health and fitness drives his desire to improve the quality of life and functional status of his patients.

Kevin Parfrey
Physiotherapist
Kevin completed his Master of Science in Physiotherapy at Dalhousie in 2010 and finished his Master of Science in Exercise Physiology at MUN in 2011. Kevin worked in Halifax for five years where he treated mainly orthopedic issues, focusing on athletic rehabilitation and injury prevention. He has played hockey in the Ontario Hockey League, and rugby for team Canada; and has been lead therapist for The Rock Rugby Program Under 16-Senior, Kings College, Halifax Hawks, and Hockey Nova Scotia.
Kevin has extended his scope of practice with advanced education in dry needling, fascial stretch therapy, Functional Movement Screening (FMS), Rock Tape for Functional Movement, TRX suspension training, concussion management and Level 2 manual therapy. Kevin is always happy to help with any musculoskeletal related issue!

Nancy is licensed by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association as well as the College of Audiologists and Speech Language Pathologists here in Newfoundland. In addition, she holds licenses in the states of Texas, California, and Kansas. Nancy has extensive clinical experience working with both adults and children with speech, language, and swallowing disorders. More recently, she has begun working in the area of telehealth, providing speech, language and swallowing therapy online to patients in the comfort of their own homes.
Nancy spent a number of years living and working in Houston, Texas and South America where she learned to speak Spanish. Not only did she work as a Speech-Language Pathologist in South America, but she also taught English as a second language and accent reduction. In 2016, Nancy relocated back to her hometown of St. John’s where she enjoys spending her free time with her two daughters. She also enjoys reading, hiking and travel.

Kim earned her Bachelor of Science degree in physiotherapy, and subsequently her Master of Science degree also in physiotherapy, from Dalhousie University in Nova Scotia. She has now accumulated over 30 years professional experience in public and private sectors of healthcare both in Canada and USA. After graduation, Adrienne spent a short time practicing at the L.A. Miller Centre Rehabilitation Program until she left Newfoundland in her Honda Civic, bike strapped to the roof, and headed west to Calgary to pursue a job with a Head Injury Program at Columbia Health Centre. Two years later, she transitioned to a role as the occupational therapist/ Clinical Coordinator with the LEAD Foundation where she worked with children diagnosed with autism and their families.
After 14 years in Calgary, Adrienne drove her Honda Odyssey back to her homeland with five bikes, a Husband, three young children and their geriatric dog onboard! Since returning home, Adrienne has had the opportunity to work as a private contractor in pediatrics and adults in the community with various developmental, mental and physical health needs.
